Mindfulness Resources

Mindfulness has become quite a buzz word, but many people don’t know where to start. Here are some resources that I use, and some that my clients have found helpful.

  1. If you aren’t used to meditation and would like some guidance, headspace is popular because of its short, simple and basic guided meditations.  Learn more at: https://www.headspace.com
